Job summary

Oxbridge Health in Norwalk, CT is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our episode pricing and analytics operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers to deliver clear data-driven insights.

You will mentor Data Analysts, build robust data pipelines, develop reports and visualizations, and translate business needs into models while maintaining data quality. This role demands strong Python skills and healthcare data experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience using Python and related libraries (pandas/numpy) for data analysis.
• Experience guiding data analysts through problem solving and team output.
• Experience with large healthcare claims data.
• Knowledge of value-based care healthcare markets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Experience setting up data pipelines.
• Experience preparing results for clients.
• Ability to write robust data processing code with error handling.
• Experience with exploratory data analyses and data quality assessment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large amounts of healthcare data from multiple sources to support business decision making.
• Perform exploratory data analyses and evaluate data quality and usability.
• Translate business requirements into models and technical analytical specifications.
• Set up data pipelines to ensure efficient and robust data processing with built-in QA and exception handling
• Review/Maintain a codebase using version control systems such as Git.
• Develop data reports and visualizations to clearly communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for data cleansing and improvement.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize data flow and analysis.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
