Job summary

Grand River Health in Rifle, CO is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead our enterprise data function. You will turn complex data into reliable, actionable information that supports clinical, operational, and administrative decisions.

This role requires hands-on ETL/ELT, data governance, and reporting expertise, with experience in MEDITECH Expanse, Epic tools, and Power BI. A collaborative, hybrid work approach and on-site presence for key projects are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s preferred.
Five+ years in data management or healthcare analytics with leadership experience.
Hands-on ETL/ELT, data governance, data quality management required.
Experience with MEDITECH Expanse and Epic reporting tools; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead data governance, stewardship, architecture, conversion, reporting, and analytics across GRH.
Develop and maintain data standards to ensure accuracy, integrity, security and use.
Create reports and dashboards using Epic tools and Power BI; deliver actionable insights.
Partner with Digital Information Services and organizational leaders on data projects.
