Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Manager for Grass Valley, CA. The role focuses on establishing data governance, building analytics and reporting, and guiding data-driven decision making to improve patient and operational outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have a health informatics/analytics IT background, 3–5 years in healthcare data, and at least 2 years of Power BI plus SQL experience. This is an onsite role based in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, IT, or related field, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
• 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare data management, analytics or reporting.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Power BI experience with interactive dashboards and reports.
• Minimum 2 years writing SQL queries in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all systems and processes.
• Lead the development of analytics and reporting solutions that translate data into actionable insights supporting data-driven decision-making and improved patient and operational outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting for quality programs while partnering with leadership to drive performance improvement, clinical quality, and evidence-based care.
• Lead and develop the data team while promoting organizational adoption of data-driven practices through training, collaboration, and alignment with mission, vision, and values.
