Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a data analytics professional to support the 09169 SE Medical Group Division Operations - Special Project. You will extract, analyze, and present data to help improve patient outcomes and operational performance.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and about 5 years of data management/analysis experience, strong MS Office skills, and relational database experience. This is a remote, full-time role with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of data management or analysis experience.
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relational databases.
• Ability to produce detailed analytical reports for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships to improve patient outcomes.
• Perform intra-data analysis and quality measures.
• Extract and manipulate data for trend calculations and benchmarking.
• Analyze data and present statistics; assist with complex analyses.
• Prepare site data for leadership and training sessions.
• Develop narratives and reports to communicate findings and forecasts.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve data collection.
