Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Data Analyst to join our Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large-scale healthcare datasets to uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for provider network optimization.

You will use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process data, ensure quality, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Client Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and in-depth data investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and derive insights from large datasets.
