Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is seeking a part-time Data Analyst for the Chemistry Laboratory. The role supports data analysis, reporting, and system-wide data integrity across NMHC systems, including EPIC and other major platforms.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports, extracting data, and providing automated reporting to administrators, physicians, and staff. Strong attention to detail and experience with Crystal Reports are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage assigned or similar comprehensive data applications.
• Experience with relational databases and data integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Ability to write Crystal Reports or similar report-writing tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of assigned systems and extract data to write reports as needed.
• Develop and maintain reports to generate system-wide metrics.
• Provide automated reports to key stakeholders across the health system.
• Ensure data interfaces with major systems (EPIC, FAD, Lawson).
• Create charts and visual data representations for clarity.
