Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is seeking a part-time Data Analyst for the Chemistry Laboratory. The role supports data analysis, reporting, and system-wide data integrity across NMHC systems, including EPIC and other major platforms.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports, extracting data, and providing automated reporting to administrators, physicians, and staff. Strong attention to detail and experience with Crystal Reports are preferred.

The Data Analyst reflects the mission, vision, and values of NMHC, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Data Analyst is responsible for the development, support and maintenance of assigned systems and is also primary resource for the related data analysis. This position serves as a resource across the health system to ensure data integrity, provide requested reports, develop/maintain processes, manage system inquiries, provide automated reports to key system stakeholders (e.g. administration, strategy, physician group), ensure appropriate data interface with all major systems (e.g. EPIC, FAD, Lawson). The position is a critical resource for development of system-wide care reports.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used in some portions of the candidate review process for this position, however, all employment decisions will be made by a person.
