Job summary

Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, LLC is seeking an IT Data Analyst to join our analytics team in Florida. You will collect, process, and analyze large datasets, design and maintain dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders while ensuring data quality and HIPAA compliance.

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role preferred.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) required.

Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Assist the Analytics Engineer in designing and implementing data models and database structures.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs.
Perform data validation and ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and analytics solutions.
