Health Partners Plans is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to support the Healthcare Economics team in Philadelphia. You will compile, verify, and analyze data across clinical, provider, and senior management needs, developing reliable datasets and executive-level reports.

The role requires familiarity with CPT/ICD-10/DRG, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical field such as actuarial science, mathematics, statistics.
• 2 years of clinical/healthcare experience with emphasis on utilization review, case management, managed care, data analysis and/or quality assurance.
• Experience with CPT, ICD-10, DRG codes and familiarity with healthcare reimbursement is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create accurate, meaningful reports for management using Qlik, MicroStrategy, MS Access, MS Excel and BI tools.
• Analyze utilization, claims and membership data to identify trends and drivers.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports; ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.
