You will drive analytics, provide stakeholder consultation, and help ensure data quality and governance, including HIPAA compliance and data pipelines from source systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with coursework in analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of analytics-related experience in healthcare or a similar setting.
• Strong SQL querying, data visualization and statistical analysis capabilities.
• Experience with healthcare data such as claims and clinical data.
• Ability to convey complex results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights supporting clinical quality and financial performance.
• Conduct driver analysis to predict future utilization of health care services.
• Provide consultation on performance metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
• Develop analytic plans and present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Guide junior analysts and collaborate with IT and business data stewards.
