Job summary

UASI is seeking a Data Analyst to support service line leaders, management teams, and consultants with data analysis, reporting, and visualization. You will work with data from multiple sources to identify trends, build reports, and support client deliverables for informed decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with large datasets, and proficient in Excel and data visualization. 1–2 years of experience is preferred, healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role; healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and join data subsets for in-depth analysis and client reporting with PivotTables/PivotCharts.
• Create healthcare data visualizations using graphs, charts, and tables for client engagements.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (e.g., productivity, quality, turnaround time, denial trends).
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions from leadership and operational teams.
