Job summary

Healthix in New York, NY is seeking a Data Analyst to ensure the collection, quality, and availability of data across operational and analytic stores. The role requires deep SQL knowledge, database design, and programming skills to build data pipelines for loading data from source to final destinations.

The Data Analyst will collaborate with data architects, developers, and analysts on ETL, data warehouse design, testing, and validation to ensure accurate, reliable data for downstream reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role with relevant degree.
• Experience with healthcare data and systems (HL7, CCDAs, HealthShare).
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and streamline data and pipeline architecture to improve data flow and collection.
• Partner with software developers, database architects, and data analysts to support data initiatives.
• Independently address data requirements of multiple teams, systems, and products.
• Refine or redesign Healthix’s data architecture for next-gen data capabilities.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions across Databricks, MS SQL Server, and HealthShare.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy and Business teams to improve data models and accessibility.
• Implement monitoring processes to safeguard data quality and availability.
