Job summary

Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center in New York is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to support data compilation and analyses for population health management. The role designs data structures and analytical systems to meet reporting needs and informs management with clear results.

On-site position, offering competitive salary of $60,000-70,000 with benefits, monthly dashboards, and collaboration with clinicians and administrators to improve care quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Analytics or related field.
• 2-4 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience in healthcare.
• Prior UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH experience preferred.
• Knowledge of e-Clinical Works (eCW), Azara, or Bridge IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME on UDS, Meaningful Use, PCMH and quality programs.
• Extract clinical data from information systems (eClinicalWorks, etc.).
• Develop methodologies to track clinical data and outcomes.
• Create clinical performance reports and dashboards for providers and management.
• Provide analytical support to clinicians and management to improve care quality.
• Model data using Excel, SQL and data warehousing tools.
• Present reports using Tableau.
• Conduct data quality audits and support dashboard deployment.
• Coordinate monthly reporting to management.
