Job summary

Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs in Warm Springs, OR, is seeking a detail-oriented Data & Eligibility Coordinator for the health services program. You will compile and analyze healthcare data to support managed care decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with medical referrals, processing claims and payments, and maintaining patient privacy and accurate records. A high school diploma and 3 years of medical office experience are required; background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of medical office experience.
• Proficient written and oral communications; strong computer and phone etiquette.
• Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment alcohol/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and organizes healthcare data.
• Analyze data to assist in delivering optimal health care management and decision making.
• Help managed care program (MCP) patients with medical referral processes and alternate resources.
• Assist medical providers with referrals, medical claims and payments.
• Maintain patient privacy and medical records confidentiality.
