Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst for a leading healthcare organization in Maryland. The role collaborates with the BI team to integrate clinical, operational, and financial data and deliver timely insights to enhance quality and safety.

You will build dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, write and optimize SQL queries, and focus on data validation to ensure accuracy. Experience with healthcare data platforms (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on data analysis experience.
• Experience working with BI teams and consuming curated datasets.
• Tableau and/or Power BI experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with healthcare data platforms (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito).
• SQL (Postgres preferred).
• Ability to analyze clinical, operational, and financial data.
• Strong data validation and quality assurance mindset.
• Healthcare system experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data across multiple healthcare datasets.
• Partner with BI team to enhance and interpret datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL (Postgres) queries.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Deliver insights to support quality, safety, and operational performance goals.
• Support initiatives to accelerate reporting timelines.
