Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with healthcare data experience to join our team. You will analyze complex datasets, manage data ingestion pipelines, and ensure data is processed to support business decisions and healthcare outcomes.

You will build and optimize SQL queries, develop dashboards and reports, and maintain data quality and compliance across all workflows, using Python (pandas) and SQL to drive insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst.
• SQL SME with deep expertise in query writing, optimization, and data manipulation.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, including performance tuning and advanced data manipulation.
• Proficiency in using Python (especially pandas) to build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Strong written communication, development skills, and ability to convey insights clearly.
