A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Healthcare Data Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: Months

Location: California - Remote

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to independently manage reporting requirements and perform end-to-end data analysis.
• Responsibilities include data preparation, analysis, and visualization to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Clear communication is essential for gathering requirements, clarifying objectives, and delivering results in a concise and impactful manner.
• Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills are critical to success in this role.
• Excellent SQL skills
• Strong data visualization expertise (Tableau)
• Data analysis experience, including critical thinking and problem solving
• Data validation techniques
• Advanced technical skills (Python, statistical modeling)
• Communication and presentation (storytelling) skills
• Domain knowledge (healthcare data preferred)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Note: A technical interview will be conducted to assess proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python.

The ideal candidate will have: The ideal candidate will 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis with Strong exp in SQL, Tableau & Python within healthcare environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40 - $50 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
