The Healthcare Data Analyst provides data analysis support by assisting with the development of reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance. Promotes self-service analytics to enhance customer understanding and use of data. Supports the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities, defines business requirements for new analyses, and performs ad-hoc analysis as needed. This position also maintains data quality and stewardship to ensure data accuracy and develop new metrics. As a subject matter expert, the Healthcare Data Analyst uses analytical skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business partners.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base pay, incentives, and benefits. The full-time base pay ranges from $61,235.20 to $102,065.60. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, overtime, premiums, or bonuses may also be available.
