Job Summary

Designs and implements processes and solutions related to a variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction to support informed business decisions. Gains insights into key business issues and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Collaborates across departments and with clients to define requirements and understand business problems. Uses advanced mathematical, statistical, querying, and reporting methods to develop solutions. Develops tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and enhance business performance. Creates solutions from initial concept to fully tested production and communicates results to diverse audiences. Utilizes current and emerging technologies effectively.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Extracts and compiles data from various sources to identify and analyze outliers.
• Establishes processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending department data.
• Prepares mandated reports and analyses.
• Collaborates with internal, external, and enterprise clients to research, develop, and document new reports or processes.
• Implements and utilizes analytics software to support departmental goals.

Job Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and education.

Required Experience: 1-3 years.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education.

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years.
