Job summary

Mayo Clinic Platform's Discovery Hub seeks a Technical Success Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison for Mayo Clinic staff and partners. You will help enable research, AI model development, and data-driven insights using de-identified clinical data and data science tooling.

The role requires translating client needs into actionable technical guidance, onboarding users to data science environments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure program success across Mayo Clinic

Qualifications

Must have strong communication skills to translate client needs into technical solutions.
Experience explaining data-driven product capabilities to diverse stakeholders.
Experience with AI/ML concepts and data science workflows in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact for Discovery Hub clients.
Triage data and technical questions; coordinate with research and development teams.
Lead onboarding and training for data science environments and deployment tools.
Gather and relay client feedback to drive product improvements.
Manage multiple client accounts with strong relationship skills.
