Job summary

Lincare is seeking an attentive Customer Support Associate in Bloomington, Indiana to answer questions, resolve problems, and determine ongoing product/service needs while supporting physician-directed care.

You will document calls in a computerized record system, enter orders, verify demographic information, and assist with training of staff, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike
• help with the training of employees
• calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed
• apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as Insurance, address and telephone number in computerized records
