  • Assist Members: Help members set healthcare goals, explain programs, and manage resistance with empathy.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues while providing exceptional service.
  • Promote Benefits: Address concerns with sensitivity, ensuring value-driven conversations.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate needs and deliver proactive assistance.
  • Achieve Goals: Meet productivity targets with motivation and dedication.
  • Adaptability: Reschedule appointments as needed to meet customer needs.
Success Metrics

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (verified during background check)
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to provide at least two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
Compensation & Benefits
