Responsibilities

• Process customer rental and purchase orders and coordinate with shipping.
• Provide inventory status updates and support, including billing corrections.
• Resolve order discrepancies and communicate order status to customers.
• Maintain accounts and contacts in ERP/CRM systems and support returns/credits.
