Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring nutritious, high-quality meals for residents in our Ohio community. You will work opposite the Culinary Director to provide supervision and guidance in the kitchen.

Minimum starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with the rate negotiable based on experience; typical schedule is five 8-hour shifts per week with every-other-weekend rotation, and opportunities for growth through our

Qualifications

• Proven experience in culinary arts or kitchen management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, residents, and families.
• Experience with inventory control and cost management in a culinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and service.
• Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to create menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
