A staffing and recruiting agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Warrendale. This temp to perm role involves handling patient calls for Rx re-orders, performing data entry, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience in a call center is a plus.

• Initial training of roughly two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from patients for Rx re-orders.
• Handle 50–60 inbound and outbound calls per day.
• Perform data entry and use software programs.
