Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Parallon is seeking a Credentialing Specialist I to support our Credentialing Processing Center. You will handle primary source verification, data entry, and document review across select HCA hospitals, ensuring CPC policy compliance and timely processing.

Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and healthcare credentialing experience. Remote work is limited to within 60 miles of a hospital; strong communication and relationship-building skills are

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, implementing processes during migration.
• Perform primary source verification and data entry of practitioner data.
• Maintain credentialing files per CPC policy and procedures; ensure timely processing.
• Enter/log/scan credentialing information in the credentialing system for initial and maintenance.
• Liaise with MSO to ensure timely delivery of information to clients.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor and follow up on missing items; complete audit-ready files.
