Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to ensure all facilities, clinicians, and medical staff are credentialed with the appropriate managed care organizations to support reimbursement for services.

You will complete credentialing applications, verify credentials, monitor renewals, and coordinate with insurers and state agencies. Strong communication, organization, and prior credentialing experience are essential; CPCS or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field
• One year of provider credentialing experience with payors
• CPCS or similar certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit initial credentialing applications for staff and facilities
• Verify staff credentials and process fee reimbursements
• Track credentialing, licensing, and certification statuses
• Prepare files for leadership committee review and internal privileging

Education

Associate degree in a business-related field
