Job summary

Atria Health Institute seeks a Credentialing Coordinator to support backend credentialing operations, licensing tracking, and data management for providers. You will help ensure accurate credentialing records, monitor Medallion workflows, and assist with audits and provider communications.

This role emphasizes confidentiality and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in healthcare administration or credentialing, exposure to credentialing platforms, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, medical staff services, or a related administrative role.
• Multi-state experience including NY, FL, CA and varying states.
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical administration.
• Exposure to provider credentialing or licensing processes.
• Experience working with a credentialing platform or healthcare database.
• Familiarity with provider licenses, DEA registrations, NPI information, or other healthcare credentials.
• Experience with Monday.com, Medallion, Gsuite.
• Comfortable communicating with providers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update credentialing tracker with current provider licensing and credentialing information.
• Track new license applications, renewals, pending applications, and license expirations.
• Monitor status of provider applications and document updates in systems.
• Maintain organized electronic records of licenses, certifications, and other credentialing documentation.
• Review records for missing or outdated information and follow up as needed.
• Assist with keeping provider credentialing information accurate across internal systems.
