Qualifications

• Three years of credentialing experience required.
• Associate's Degree in office administration, business, computer science or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• CPCS or CPMSM certification required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers credentialing/recredentialing/reappointment process to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinates verification of documentation and information with timely follow-up.
• Maintains practitioner database ensuring documentation integrity.
• Provides status reports and ad hoc queries as requested.
• Supports leaders and committees to ensure compliance with bylaws and hospital rules.
