You will support individuals with complex needs, collaborate with treatment teams, and maintain accurate records in a confidential setting.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and strong communication across diverse populations, with required training and compliance with ODMHSAS standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• RN license in Oklahoma with behavioral health experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with healthcare enrollment, renewals, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new clients to assess eligibility and assist with healthcare applications.
• Guide clients through enrollment processes and explain requirements.
• Monitor applications, track renewals, and communicate status to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve barriers to coverage.
