Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Transportation/Delivery Assistant to support hospital clinics by picking up and delivering specimens, reports, supplies, and equipment. The role includes handling mail, linen services, printing, sign-making, vendor deliveries, and ensuring vehicle safety.

The position requires a valid Illinois driver’s license, high school diploma (preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers specimens, reports, supplies and equipment to clinics and Family Health Centers.
• Delivers clean linen and brings back dirty linen, mops etc.
• Maintains duplicating equipment and postage machine.
• Responsible for all in-house printing of standard forms.
• Makes signs for hospital and Family Health Centers.
• Picks up and delivers products as needed from vendors or other hospitals.
• Ensures vehicles are safe and maintained.
• Delivers receipts to bank for deposit.
