Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant experience.
• 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• 3 years of database development.
• 3 years with cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing computer technologies.
• Strong understanding of relational database structures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations of the department.
• Establish cost accounting guidance across all network entities.
• Provide direction to cost analysts on cost allocation rules and processes.
• Generate and maintain cost information for yearly fiscal needs.
• Utilize SAS, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx to produce actionable reports for leadership.
• Develop business cases and support long-term operating strategies.
• Mentor the cost accounting team and foster growth opportunities.
