Green Valley Dental Group seeks a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists in obtaining financial commitments for treatment and guiding patients through options to support case acceptance. The HC will educate patients, address objections, and maintain PPE and PFL standards across visits.

In this role, you will master the PDS system, coordinate with clinicians on exams, and help keep schedules productive while maintaining confidentiality of patient records in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Travel might be required between offices.

Responsabilités

• Model company culture, values, standards and practices.
• Obtain financial commitment from patients to start recommended dentistry.
• Achieve proficiency with the PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision-making.
• Execute the HC handoff with clinicians at each exam.
• Be the subject matter expert on available financial options for patient care.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations when needed.
• Ensure the office demonstrates the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participate in daily huddles, team meetings and required sessions.
• Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts metrics.
