Pleasant View Communities in Manheim, PA is seeking a Healthcare Cook who is passionate about their work. The role supports resident meals, follows standardized recipes, and delivers quality service in a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, restaurant, senior living, or food service preferred.
• Ability to prepare a variety of foods in large quantities while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices required.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Culinary education or formal culinary training preferred but not required.
• Experience with therapeutic diets, texture-modified diets, or senior dining preferred but not required.
• Must take pride in food quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.

• Full-time 10am-7pm, 9am-5:30pm
• Every other Weekend. Every other Holiday.
• Pay ranging from $17-23 per hour
