Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders.

• Assist with meal service, substitutions, and special events as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas.
• Follow infection control, food safety, and sanitation standards.
