Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Healthcare Controller for a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Grants, NM. You will oversee financial statements, general ledger, and month-end close, ensuring GAAP compliance and partnering with the CFO.

The role requires MultiView and Paylocity proficiency, strong Excel skills, and experience with Medicare cost reports and HFMA guidelines. Lead a small finance team and support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (implied preference).
• Experience in hospital or healthcare financial reporting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GASB, FASB and HFMA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and maintain the general ledger.
• Serve as the finance lead for MultiView and Paylocity, including training and reports.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance (GAAP, Medicare Cost Reports, etc.).
• Assist CFO with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
