Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Experience managing hospital audits or preparing hospital cost reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Serve as the primary finance lead for MultiView and Paylocity.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, FASB, and other regulations.
• Assist the CFO with annual operating and capital budgets.
• Work within and help lead a small finance team.
• Support Medicare Cost Report preparation and perform financial analysis.
