Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, Delaware, seeks a Contract Coordinator to support contract intake, review, routing, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination across the organization.

You will administer the symplr Contract system, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, and provide end-user training and reports to leadership.

This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with providers, vendors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, legal studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in contract administration, healthcare operations, compliance, legal support, or supply chain.
• Experience working with healthcare contract lifecycle management systems (symplr Contract or similar) preferred.
• Experience supporting system training, workflow adoption, or process improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports and coordinates contract intake, review, routing, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination processes.
• Reviews, confirms and maintains complete, accurate, and current contract records within the symplr Contract management system.
• Supports configuration and day-to-day administration of symplr Contract workflows, metadata fields, and document storage.
• Generates reports, tracks and communicate contract terms, expiration dates, renewal timelines, and notice provisions; generates alerts and reports as needed.
• Prepares and routes standard contract templates and amendments using approved language and formats.
• Ensures contracts include required regulatory and compliance provisions, including HIPAA and Business Associate Agreement requirements.
• Provides front-line support to department users of symplr Contract and escalates system issues appropriately.
• Develops and delivers basic end-user training, reference guides, and job aids related to contract intake and workflow processes.
• Coordinates required approvals and signatures in accordance with organizational policy.
• Supports audits, regulatory reviews, and internal monitoring activities related to contract management.
• Generates contract inventory, expiration, and compliance reports for leadership and departmental use.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive contractual, financial, and organizational information.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
