Job summary

PMMC is seeking a Client Support Analyst to optimize private insurance and government contracts within a revenue cycle context. You will leverage Excel, Access, and the CPRO system to load, validate, and analyze contract terms, supporting project delivery and client training.

Hybrid collaboration with Account Managers and stakeholders will be essential to ensure accurate reimbursements and timely sign-offs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in contract loading, validation, and variance analysis.
• Ability to navigate and interpret insurance contracts.
• Strong research and analytical skills for data-related variances.
• Demonstrate strong written communication in reports and client interactions.
• PHI confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Dive into contracts using Excel, Access, and CPRO.
• Load contract rates and terms into the CPRO system with accuracy.
• Verify contract setups and document discrepancies.
• Manage client renewals and act as contract analyst for new implementations.
• Become SME in contract loading and validation to support delivery.
• Attend meetings and provide on-site client sign-off training.
• Follow departmental procedures and complete the Contract Matrix for each load.
• Track production and update status information regularly.
• Research reimbursement methodologies from insurers and government agencies.
• Report software defects and enhancements for new contracts.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone to resolve setup queries.
• Assist Account Managers to ensure smooth contract interpretation.
• Deliver validated contracts with high quality and timeliness.
