You will work with leaders to gather information, maintain plans, coordinate drills, and track follow-up actions to protect patient care and staff safety.

Bachelor’s degree required and two years of healthcare operations experience; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; within 1 year complete emergency management training.
• 2 years of healthcare/clinical/operational experience.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain readiness records.

Aufgaben

• Conduct business impact analysis and risk reviews.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
• Support emergency plans, contact lists, and preparedness records.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate drills and training.
• Assist incident response and recovery activities.
• Maintain records, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with departments and external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
