Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead full-time construction management for an ongoing healthcare facility project in St. Cloud, MN.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and government personnel to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Responsibilities include procurement liaison, schedule and budget oversight, and QA/QC across multiple phases from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience, including healthcare projects
• Strong understanding of hospitals, medical facilities, and related infrastructure
• Experience with ADA-compliant construction and facility modernization
• Familiarity with federal design review and project delivery processes
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for review and modifications

Responsibilities

• Perform field verifications, drawings reviews, and document markups to support project execution and maintain records
• Develop acquisition packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates for federal procurement
• Maintain compliance schedules for Life Safety and Environment of Care programs and regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with facilities maintenance staff and contractors to monitor deliverables and scopes of work
• Enter and manage preventive maintenance in Maximo for building systems
• Audit assets and maintain asset records and inventory in Maximo
• Train Facilities Management on Maximo best practices and workflows
• Support project planning, design, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout activities
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and document control processes
• Coordinate activities among government personnel, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Conduct field observations, facility assessments, and quality assurance reviews
• Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and cost estimates
• Assist with design reviews, RFIs, and closeout documentation
• Assist with construction administration and project communications
• Support multiple healthcare construction projects and facility renovations
• Review documents and contracts to ensure compliance and successful execution
• Coordinate projects within occupied healthcare facilities with minimal disruption
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure scheduling, budget, and quality objectives
