Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, seeks an experienced Superintendent to support a Federal Medical Facility in St. Cloud, MN.

The role requires overseeing construction operations, procurement liaison tasks, and compliance with Life Safety and Environment of Care programs, with a focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The position offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits, including federal holidays, PTO, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of construction management experience, incl. healthcare projects.
• Experience managing healthcare renovation and new construction.
• Knowledge of hospitals, medical facilities, site utilities, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform field verifications, drawing reviews, and construction document markups.
• Develop acquisition packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates for federal procurement.
• Manage compliance schedules for Life Safety and Environment of Care programs.
• Coordinate with facilities staff and contractors to monitor deliverables and scopes of work.
• Enter and manage preventive maintenance in Maximo for building systems.
• Audit equipment and asset records in the field and in Maximo.
• Train facilities staff on Maximo best practices and workflows.
• Support project planning, design, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
