You will manage schedules, safety, quality, and multi-stakeholder coordination, guiding on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
• Monitor job site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Review plans and specifications to identify risks or conflicts.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets established standards.
• Provide leadership to on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
