Michael Page US is partnering with a people-first, employee-owned contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent for healthcare construction projects in Columbus, OH. You will lead end-to-end delivery, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients on $50M+ healthcare programs.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in superintendent roles, a proven track record delivering healthcare/life sciences projects, and strong scheduling and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role.
• Experience delivering healthcare, laboratory, life sciences, or hospital projects.
• Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills.
• Stable employment history with 3+ years at previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end healthcare construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and key milestones.
• Oversee on-site operations to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.
