Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Healthcare construction experience required; AHCA knowledge preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand construction drawings, specs, safety procedures, and project documentation.
• Ability to prepare reports and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ability to calculate percentages, dimensions, quantities, area, volume, and other construction measurements.
• Demonstrate urgency in addressing project needs and meeting deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Interpret and enforce project contracts, schedules, and related documents.
• Coordinate field operations with management, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans to support OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings and weekly subcontractor progress meetings.
• Manage project schedules, look-ahead planning, and schedule updates.
• Oversee jobsite safety initiatives and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and punch lists.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules with trade partners.
• Support preconstruction planning, RFIs, and budget monitoring.
• Mentor field staff and contribute to team development.
