Job summary

Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent to oversee field activities across one or more healthcare projects. You will manage safety, cost control, quality, and scheduling, coordinate with the project team and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards.

Travel between project sites is expected, with occasional non-travel assignments. The role requires at least 5 years as a commercial construction superintendent with healthcare

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 5 years’ experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Experience in healthcare commercial construction is required.
• Experience with AHCA inspections is preferred.
• Experience with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must meet high-quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Enforce contractual documents, schedules, and pay applications.
• Coordinate and lead the project team, assisting with preconstruction efforts.
• Anticipate issues and take corrective action.
• Develop leadership and mentorship within the team.
• Create and monitor site logistics and OSHA compliance.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly work activities and lead progress meetings.
• Monitor the construction schedule and adjust as needed.
• Ensure jobsite safety and enforce quality control.
• Maintain site records and manage subcontractor performance.
