Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fort Myers to lead complex healthcare construction from preconstruction through closeout.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, quality control, safety, and client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with CPPI standards and healthcare regulations. The role requires strong leadership of project teams and extensive experience in healthcare projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects preferred, AHCA-regulated projects ideal.
• Strong leadership and client-relations abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership for healthcare projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Establish objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Oversee project managers, engineers, and field staff for coordination.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet schedule and budget.
