Clark College in Auburn Hills is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field execution on healthcare projects across Southeast Michigan, from surgical suites to phased hospital renovations. You’ll work inside occupied facilities, ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance while coordinating trade sequencing and daily reporting.

In this role, you’ll oversee safety, schedule adherence, and continuous operations, mentoring field leaders and building strong relations with facility

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of infection control and phased work.
• Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments.
• Commitment to safety and operational awareness.
• Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution in occupied healthcare facilities
• Coordinate phasing around clinical operations
• Enforce infection control protocols (ICRA)
• Manage trade sequencing and schedule adherence
• Maintain documentation and daily reporting
• Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings
• Drive quality closeout and inspection readiness
• Build strong relationships with facility operations teams
