Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of infection control and phased work.
• Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments.
• Commitment to safety and operational awareness.
• Proficiency with Phoenix, ProjectSight, Bluebeam.

Clark's Alpena office is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution on healthcare projects across Southeast Michigan - from surgical suites to phased hospital renovations.

This role exists because infection control, regulatory compliance, and operational continuity cannot fail. You'll coordinate work inside occupied facilities where safety and discipline are non-negotiable.

Based in Auburn Hills, serving healthcare clients across Southeast Michigan - ideal candidates may live near Auburn Hills, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Troy, Novi, or Sterling Heights.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily execution in occupied healthcare facilities
• Coordinate phasing around clinical operations
