Now Hiring: Traveling Healthcare Superintendent | Ground-Up Construction | Southeast U.S.

We’re seeking an experienced Traveling Healthcare Superintendent to lead high-impact medical construction projects across the Southeast, starting with a ground-up Urgent Care/ER facility in Charleston, SC.

This is an opportunity to take your healthcare construction expertise—particularly on MOBs (Medical Office Buildings)—to the next level. You’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing field operations, driving project progress, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence in close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, and Owners.

What You’ll Do

• Lead on-site activities for all trades, contractors, and field staff

• Oversee safety protocols, SWPPP compliance, and project documentation

• Drive scheduling and quality assurance from preconstruction to punch list

• Serve as a liaison between subs, project teams, and ownership

• Travel to new project sites across the Southeast as work evolves

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as a Lead Superintendent in ideally ground-up healthcare construction

• Proven experience delivering projects up to $10M+

• Strong grasp of construction scheduling, cost tracking, safety, and field reporting

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is a bonus

• Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills

• Willing to travel across states and lead boots-on-the-ground efforts
